Departure from the Center
The safety of you child is very important to us. We will adhere to our release policy at all times. Please sign your name next to your child’s name as you did at drop off. Be sure to make contact with your child’s teacher before taking your child. If someone else will be picking up your child please follow these guidelines.
- Inform staff in writing of who will be picking up your child.
- Be sure this person is listed on your child’s enrollment forms in the permission to pick up or emergency pick up sections. *These forms must be updated annually*
- Remind this person to have photo identification with them. We will ask for it.
- If you must call us with different pick up information we will ask you the code word you chose at enrollment.
- Make this code very simple so you do not forget it.
- Any documentation of custody, guardianship or restraining order must be in the child’s file.
